What's up with the stickers that have the picture of the American flag over the slogan "These Colors Don't Run"? Today was the first time I saw one of those. Has anybody actually thought about what that's supposed to mean? Does it mean that America will never fade, or is it a not-so-subtle vote in favor of segregation? A strike against light purple, the color that would result from a combination of red, white and blue (and, by association, a strike against the gay community)? A suggestion that one shouldn't mix America with linens? What?
I'm already 20 in most parts of the world right now. I'd say that calls for a drink.
