ugh...

When you're not sick, you forget how much being sick absolutely sucks. I'm currently being reminded and boy, does it suck...surprise, surprise. The only pleasant thing about it is the opportunity to catch up on movies. I finally got to see Bubba Ho-Tep--it wasn't quite what I'd expected, but I liked it.

My mom is funny. Sometime during my absence, she turned into an EBay addict.

Mom: Here, try this lip gloss.
Me: Where'd you get this?
Mom: Off EBay.
Me: Wow, I hope the previous owner didn't have herpes.
Mom: Well, if you get herpes, at least you'll have nice looking lips.

She's currently using it to find a wedding dress. I'm hoping she doesn't start getting groceries that way. Especially with the 4-6 weeks for delivery.
