Ironic, isn't it? I go across the U.S. in search of a warmer climate, then end up in a dorm so air conditioned that I have to wear a sweatshirt in my room. Then of course I leave the room, and it's 95 degrees out.
Not that I'm complaining. It's nice to have a refuge from the heat, but...couldn't they split this intense AC between two dorms? I sure as hell could've used some of it last year.
Speaking of which...I visited my old dorm yesterday, and damn if it hasn't been completely renovated. The main change: it looks more like a hotel than a prison. Which is nice, if you go for that kind of thing. If you ask me, it's lost some of its charm.
