(yawns)

For anyone who still cares: I'm coming home in two days. I suppose I'm looking forward to a nice big bed and a stocked refridgerator, not to mention my car. I'm also hoping not to die of boredom. It seems to me that most people from other towns complain about how there's only three things to do in their town: food, movies and _____. The ______ is different for each town--it could be a pool hall, a dance club, a hot tub, a 24-hour cafe. The thing with Amherst is, we don't have a _____. We're stuck with two-thirds of the options of most other "boring" towns--food and movies. Unless you want to count cow tipping.
It worries me that I'm not nervous about my upcoming psych stats exam, considering that I sure as hell don't know the material. In fact, you could say there's a statistically significant chance that I'm screwed. I do feel good about my Russian paper, although I think my professor must think I'm obsessed with penises. There was some grammar exercise with the word "member" in it, which Russians, like Americans, sometimes use to refer to the penis. Naturally, I started giggling, because I had never seen that word used in a wholesome context in Russian. What was I supposed to do, let it slide?
So now I've gone and used that word in a Russian paper to refer to the founding "member" of T.A.T.U., who is in fact a dick. Metaphorically speaking, I guess.
I'm a little bit sleep-deprived.
